Privacy notice.

§A.1 Scope

This notice covers tiravan.com, the marketing site you are currently reading. It does not cover app.tiravan.com (the product) or docs.tiravan.com (the documentation). Those surfaces publish their own notices linked from their footers.

§A.2 What we collect

Two things, both from you deliberately:

• Waitlist email address. When you submit the waitlist form, we store the email you provided so we can email you when a tenant is available. The Cloudflare Pages Function that receives it applies a per-IP rate limit and forwards the address to the mailing-list provider named in the current environment configuration.
• Aggregate visit analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and referrers without setting cookies and without a persistent identifier per visitor. This is why the site does not display a consent banner.

§A.3 What we do not collect

• Tracking cookies of any kind.
• Session identifiers that persist beyond a page load.
• Third-party advertising pixels, marketing tags, or session recorders.
• Any content of the pages you scroll past, other than the fact of the visit.

§A.4 Data location and retention

The waitlist address is stored by the mailing-list provider named in the current environment (Buttondown, Loops,ConvertKit, or Cloudflare KV — the specific provider will be named here in the final version). The address is retained until you unsubscribe or email us to be removed. Aggregate analytics are retained by Cloudflare per its own retention policy.

§A.5 Rights and requests

Email privacy@tiravan.com to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. We respond within one business day and typically process the request the same day.
